We are looking for dedicated full-time Chefs for our Brasserie Martha and AC Lounge, who want to help provide our guests with an unforgettable experience and create an atmosphere they do not want to leave home.

Brasserie Martha is out taken to a personal, cozy restaurant, where we serve good comfort food and provide excellent service.

 AC Lounge is a Hotel restaurant offering food and drinks seven days a week from our serviceminded team. The lounge is our branded restaurant through the Marriott family and is located in the heart of the hotel.

You are a team player and together with the rest of the kitchen team and F&B team you will be an important part of the Bella Sky family.

Among others, your tasks will consist of:

• Preparation and execution of our à la carte business
• Basic preparations
• Self-control and quality control of raw materials
• Conference dinners
• Hygiene control
• Training of our chef apprentices 
• Presentation of menus in the restaurant
• Various ad hoc tasks

• You are skilled and have experience with cooking à la carte dishes - preferably from high-end restaurant.
• You are willing to adapt, creative and meet challenges with a positive attitude.
• We also expect you to take pride in fulfilling the tasks you are assigned to.
• Industry experience is an advantage.
