In connection with your application to Bella Operation A/S (named Bellagroup), Bellagroup will, as the data controller, collect and process your personal data for the purposes specified below. Therefore, please read this text carefully in order to understand how we process your personal data.

1. Which data do we collect about you and for which purposes?
We collect and process the following types of personal data for the purpose of handling your application and related recruitment activities hereto; for other positions within Bellagroup (if you have given consent hereto):
- your name; e-mail address; home address; country of residence; nationality, telephone number, employment and education details and other information provided by you in your CV, diploma or any other documents disclosed by you to us, contact details on referees, test results and internal candidate evaluations carried out in connection your application process.
2. Profiling
In connection with personality tests, logical tests and other tests carried out as part of the recruitment process, profiling may take place.
3. From whom do we collect your personal data?
The personal data are collected from you or from references provided by you.
4. The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data
We collect and process your data based on your consent, cf. Article 6, paragraph 1 (a) of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Who do we share your personal data with and why?
For the purpose of requiring technical support to the recruitment system, we may disclose your personal data with the system provider, Cegid Talentsoft.
6. Who do we transfer your personal data to?
We may transfer your personal data to system providers, including cloud service providers who process or store your personal data on our behalf in connection with one or more purposes outlined above.
7. Transfer of personal data to recipients in countries outside the EU/EEA.
No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.
8. How long do we store your data?
We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, however, for no longer than 6 months. Upon expiry of this period, you will receive an email asking you to update your data. If you do not respond within 20 days, your data will be deleted form our databases.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the applicable data protection legislation, you enjoy the following rights as specified in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of access by the data subject (article 15 of the GDPR).
- Right to rectification (article 16 of the GDPR).
- Right to erasure (article 17 of the GDPR).
- Right to restriction of processing (article 18 of the GDPR).
- Right to data portability (article 20 of the GDPR).
Right to object (article 21 of the GDPR).
All the rights listed above are personal and can only be exercised by the person who provided this data to Bellagroup.
